Wednesday Check In

We've been at this for 17 days, y'all.

It's time to check in and fess up: what is the easiest part of this challenge? What is the hardest?

For me, the easiest now that I'm back in NYC is the eating.
The hardest is remembering that I'm in a challenge, so the self-sabotage that I usually let derail me in my quest to greatness just isn't an option.

  1. Easiest things: Getting to Crossfit and practice. Seriously, I love,love,love my workout buddies. Also, I'm eating like a champ. Squeaky clean and all the time.

    Hardest thing: Looking at my scale. I'm not doing it anymore. Throwing that business out. Because I feel good and I'm not going to let it make me feel bad.
